Both groups take starting-point in the semester project work, namely renovation of a dwelling complex in Aalborg. The data models/KRs will be implemented in ICT tools to support different phases of the renovation process as

Communications with tenants to evaluate spaces and services solutions proposals, get feed-back on needs update, proposals to improved solutions etc.
Information support to craftsmen on site during renovation work
ICT support during O&M and use of the renovated buildings

Combinations of different data model representations were suggested (OO, rel, db., hypertext in WWW, analogues images/videos etc.), based on needs analyses of the real world situation in connection with renovation of he building complex. More simple implementations were suggested or the early prototypes of tools.
