  • ICT tools for collaborative work and knowledge managament on the Internet are available for simple practical use

  • We are only in the begining of developing low cost virtual reality environments.

  • Virtual workspaces for collaborative work and access to underlying digital building process models are developed also for the complex building industry

  • The collaboration between industry participants and researchers has proven to be very valuable and necessary during user requirements formulation, and the creative design and development of new collaboration environments.

  • Both physical and virtual rooms must be available for collaborative work
