- Progress have been made fter the concept of Intelligent Building was established 1982 by AT&T
- we must creatively design, implement and try out new services provided in the building
- (de facto) standardization efforts are now seeding development
- good user interface design and intelligent building transparancy is of crucial importance.
- R&D needs on powerful Virtual Buildning, VB, models and Intelligent Building, IBI, design and simulation tools.
