Meat: Fried young chicken breast served on grilled mushrooms and perl onion with today's potato and morel creme sauce.

Fish: Fried spicy salmon served on glazed spring vegetables with gravy and shives.

Wine: Vina Isabella 2000 and Cabernet Sauvignin (Chile).

Dessert: Warm marzipan gratin with brawn figs, vanilla parfait and vanilla syrup.

We will at the meeting place at VR Media Lab have acces to
  • 2 processor P3 computer in the Panorama (and of course access to the Onyx monster machine)
